1. Steam whole milk
- Pour milk to appropriate line on pitcher.
- Aerate 1-3 seconds.

- Free pour the milk in slow, steady stream above the center of the cup until 2/3 full.
- Tilt steaming pitcher spout forward keeping it close to surface and continue pouring, creating a small "dot" of foam.
